Krzysztof Kisielewski

At Codetain, I’m responsible for keeping the company running like a Swiss watch. I look after the development team, set short and long-term goals, and support the sales department on an ongoing basis. It didn't always look that way. My first professional years were spent in sales. At some point, I put everything on the line and started intensive programming studies. At Codetain, I developed as a Front-End Developer for the first few years. Eventually, I got the chance to combine my soft skills with my coding knowledge and now I can realize myself as COO. I'm proud to build one of the most ambitious software teams in Europe, working on innovative projects. When I'm not at work, I love spending time with my family, especially building Lego sets with my son. Apart from that, I try to stay in shape by training regularly with my mates.
