Must-haves
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience as a Frontend Developer
- Expert knowledge of React.js and TypeScript, with experience in optimizing performance and scalability
- Deep understanding of state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Zustand) and best practices in state architecture
- Strong proficiency in CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components, Emotion), utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS, or modular approaches such as CSS Modules
- Experience with frontend application build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and optimizing bundling strategies
- Advanced understanding of component-driven architecture, design patterns, and micro frontends
- Experience in building and maintaining large-scale applications with clean, reusable, and maintainable code
- Proficiency in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior/mid developers
- Proficiency in code review processes and enforcing best practices in a team environment
- Good command of English for reading technical documentation, leading discussions, and direct client communication
- Strong experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG) or React Native
- Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Nest.js) to collaborate effectively with backend teams
- Experience in Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or Web Performance Optimization
- Familiarity with Monorepo architectures (Nx, Turborepo)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Firebase)
